All buyers will receive a winning notification email within 24 hrs after
auction ends (if for some reason you do not receive this email please let
us know). Auctions ending on Saturday will receive email notification on
the following Monday.

adopted these "New Policy and Terms" due to an excess of
non-paying winning bidders.
All
purchases totaling over $1,000.00 are expected to be made with in 72
hours of the auctions end time or will be CONSIDERED for relisting or offered to next highest bidder, so
please have your finances in order. And all others within 5 business
days. An Unpaid Item Dispute WILL be filed for ALL unpaid items after 7
days as allowed by eBay and are subject to relisting

Restocking Fee In the
event that payment is not made within 30 calendar days of the auction
close date, We may choose to apply a restocking fee (any time after 30
days), and We, the seller, will retain ownership of the item. The
restocking fee will be $10 + 20% of the winning bid and applicable
storage fees for 17 days of storage.
eBay charges Frappa &
Commercial Asset Liquidators a service fee for each item we list. If a
customer cannot or does not pay for an eBay purchase in the specified
amount of time, CAL will file a
non-paying bidder alert with eBay. CAL will hold the
non-paying bidder responsible for the eBay fees and commission incurred
by us.
In order to protect our business with paying customers, we will leave
negative feedback for non-paying bidders.

only, each of its Forklifts Stated “With 30 Day Parts Warrantys”
that such products are free from defective materials and workmanship for
a period of thrity (30) days from date of
purchase by Buyer when purchased from seller.
This
limited warranty shall not be effective, and shall be void, if the
products are not installed or used under normal conditions as recommended
by seller, when subjected to abuse, neglect, or carelessness, when
altered or repaired by anyone not authorized by seller during the term of
this limited warranty or if the product has been subjected to lift dead
weight in excess of factory stated rating capacities. This limited
warranty does not cover, and seller in no way warrants, Basic Maintenance
items, Including Hoses, Batteries, Tires, Seats, fluid, Brake Pads,
Mufflers & Forks.
Buyer
shall establish its claim by returning the defective product to seller at
67 West Alex Bell Road, West Carrollton, Ohio 45449, transportation
prepaid, within the period of this limited warranty. The return of a
product must include proof of purchase, the make, model, Serial Numbers
and the date on which the product was Put In To Service, the name of the
parties Operating The Equipment, and a statement in clear and concise
terms setting forth the basis of the warranty claim.
This
limited warranty shall not include that cost of labor for the repair,
replacement, removal or reinstallation of any product covered herein.
Such costs shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
At its
option, seller may repair or replace the defective product. Repair or
replaced products are warranted for the remaining portion of this
original limited warranty period at the time the product was purchased by
the buyer.
This
limited warranty shall not be valid except when delivered by an
authorized representative of seller and buyer, shall not be entitled to
rely on any other warranty or representation, whether same be oral or written, except as provided in this limited
warranty.
THIS
LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY
LAW, [NCLUDING WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, IS IN EFFECT ONLY DURING THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY
SET FORTH HEREIN, SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INSTALLATION OF ITS PRODUCTS.

warranty gives you specific legal rights and may also have other rights

The
following is the policy of Frappa LLC &
Commercial Asset Liquidators. pertaining to
additional costs that will be incurred due to delayed pickup or shipment
of purchased goods. We regret that this policy must be put in place. It
is required due to limited storage available at our facility Frappa LLC & Commercial Asset Liquidators policy
is that any items that have been paid for but have not been picked up or
shipped within fourteen (14) days of the sale date, will be
charged daily storage fees as follows:
The fee for small hand held items that are less than twenty pounds
will be charged at a rate of twenty dollars per day.
The fees for larger items (more than 20 pounds) will be charged at
a rate of fifty dollars per day.
The buyer will forfeit the item and any payments made when the
fees reach either the sale price of the item or a time period of 90
days from the sale of the item, whichever comes first. No money will
be returned for forfeited items. Items are subject to re-listing
immediately upon forfeiture. For items that have incurred storage fees,
electronic payment of the fees due or cash will be required for the item
to be shipped or released for pickup. If you have reason for a delayed
pickup, please contact us in advance to get an estimate of the total
additional cost.
Standard
Orders Will Be Shipped Via UPS or DHL Ground, Average Delivery Time is 3-7 Business Day. All orders being shipped to PO Boxes
must be delivered via the United States Postal Service (USPS), Orders
Shipped To PO BOXES Will Have a $20.00 Service Fee. Shipping rates are clearly
stated in the auction description. Contact for a Shipping Quote For Any
Destination Outside of the 48 States. Weight restrictions may apply.
Items
requiring forklift assistance, will be subject to loading fees unless
otherwise stated $ 50.00 up the first 2,000 lbs. and
$ 25.00 per 1,000 lbs. thereafter.

Carriers will assess an extra charge if delivery is made to a residential
area and/or if the services of a lift gate are required.
Foam
packing, Wood crating and Palletizing charges will be determined
according to the size of the item. We make our own pallets and crates.
Our pallets and crates are made to ensure your equipment arrives intact.
Foam and/or palletizing charges mostly range from $0.00 to $75.00. Full
crating (recommended when using large freight carriers like Yellow, Viking,
GI, Old Dominion) mostly ranges from $75.00 to $250.00.
If
bidder arranges their own freight, please address any concerns or
complaints to the freight company in question. We can Assist afterwards
with documentation but any claims must be initiated by the bidder.
Delicate and expensive equipment requires special handling to ensure its
safe delivery. Charges for foam packing, wood crating, and palletizing
